Valentine's Day at Fuego
Join us for an experience of “Chiles, Chocolates, and Roses” as you celebrate romance and dine with us during the entire month of February. Fuego provides the perfect romantic setting with this aphrodisiac menu and our breathtaking waterfront views of downtown Long Beach. Reservations from 5:00 – 10:30 pm on Saturday, February 13, and from 5:00 – 10:00 pm on Sunday, February 14.
The Art of Love: A Special Valentine's Day Event
Enjoy a special "Chiles, Chocolate, and Roses" dinner featuring "Sweet and Spicy," plus the Art of Love lecture with renowned speaker Gregorio Luke. He will speak about examples of eroticiscm from ancient texts like the Kama Sutra, discuss mythic lovers like Cassanova and Don Juan, and provide you with the most beautiful expressions of love in art and poetry. The evening will conclude with romantic music for dancing the night away in a most romantic space, Fuego Restaurant, overlooking the water and the city lights. Tickets $89 per person. Includes dinner, presentation, and dancing (does not include alcohol, tax or gratuity). Call for reservations.

The biggest party in Long Beach takes place every Sunday on the grounds of Hotel Maya with Fuego's Fiesta Domingo.
Enjoy the brunch menu featuring spit-roasted barbacoa, grilled Baja lobster, and mariscos, along with unique specialties. Stay afterwards and enjoy the weekly celebration featuring live music, dancing under our outdoor esplanade, access to Hotel Maya’s pool, cabanas and other activities.
