Fuego, a Long Beach restaurant, is a celebration of the coastal cuisines of Mexico and Latin America. With a breathtaking waterfront setting with views of downtown Long Beach and the Queen Mary, guests at this Long Beach restaurant will enjoy relaxing indoor and outdoor seating and modern Mexican décor.

Fuego is participating in the first Taste of Downtown at the Waterfront on Thursday March 25, 2010, from 6pm-9pm.  Stroll from table to table and sample all that downtown restaurants have to offer.  We will be serving "Shrimp Ceviche with Guajillo Chile & Plantain Chips." 

Please Note: Fuego will be closed on Saturday, August 28th for dinner. Guests are welcome to enjoy a limited menu in our pool area.
